Return Policy

  • All returns are subject to approval by a store manager
  • Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
  • Returned items subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • All items must be returned in the original containers unopened.
  • Returned product will be evaluated against our return criteria.
  • Products returned as a defective product will be sent by us to the Manufacturer.
  • All return postage and handling will be the customers responsibilty to pay.
  • Claims for missing Puzzles Pieces must be made 5 days from receipt of order.
  • Claims for Missing Pieces must be made through our store cotact page.
  • For missing pieces:We will advise which manufacturer to contact for your claim.
  • All puzzles boxes that leave our facility are sealed.
  • We do not stock extra puzzle pieces
  • Returns with out a pre-approved Return Authorization will be refused
